Nayan Kulkarni is a graduate of London’s Slade School of Art and is renowned for his work using art as a means to trans-form public spaces. He works across media and disciplines and his practice engages with places through photography, architecture and video, using a language of space, structure and light.

The work he produces is as varied as performance for video to major works integrated into new urban spaces. He is involved, through his studio NKProjects, in architectural and design collaborations that exploit engineering design, new light technologies and advanced materials.
